Jim Trinkle leads North America Sales for IBM’s Financial Crimes Insights group.
Jim began his career with Standard and Poor’s in credit risk and bond portfolio pricing with a focus on illiquid issuances. He later went on to work for IBM in various positions in Consulting, Global Financing, and M&A. While in Global Financing, Jim oversaw hedging and risk mitigation activities for high yield assets. In M&A he was part of the team focused on acquiring Risk and Compliance capabilities. Over the last 20 years he has worked across North America and Europe at the intersection of strategy, information technology, and analytics in Risk and Compliance.
Jim earned his BA in Economics from SUNY Stony Brook and his MBA from Columbia University.
